Kirsi Hubbard

Doctor of Chiropractic

Neurologically focused pediatric chiropractic care is my passion. Being a mom of two and knowing just how meaningful it is to see my child thrive is part of what drives me to help other moms and families experience that same thing. In a world where our kids are set up to struggle more than ever before I feel truly honored to be able to help move the needle in the positive direction through chiropractic care and connecting with Families.

From a young age I knew I wanted to do something with my life that was in the service of others. I obtained my Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in March of 2021and immediately joined my husband, Dr. Seth Hubbard, at Journey Chiropractic. Getting the opportunity to provide hope, answers, and support to parents and children is the greatest gift. I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and every parent deserves the opportunity to witness it.

Seth Hubbard

Doctor of Chiropractic

As a dad to two amazing kids—Clay and Miley—I know firsthand how powerful it is to watch your child grow, connect, and overcome. That experience fuels my drive to serve other parents and families who are walking through their own journeys.

I was first introduced to chiropractic care in high school as a multi-sport athlete, seeking relief from the wear and tear of football and basketball. But I quickly realized chiropractic wasn’t just about pain relief—it was about unlocking the body’s potential to function and heal. That understanding shaped my life and led me to pursue a career where I could help others experience the same.

After playing football and basketball at Albion College, I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in 2019. That same year, Dr. Kirsi and I founded Journey Chiropractic to create a space where families feel supported, empowered, and full of hope.

At Journey, we specialize in neurologically focused chiropractic care, especially for children navigating autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other neurological challenges. It’s an honor to come alongside parents and offer not just care, but clarity, encouragement, and community.

I know how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling—that’s why I’m here: to walk with you, support you, and celebrate every win along the way.

Alexis

Chiropractic Assistant

Hi, I’m Alexis! You’ll usually find me around the office laughing with the Journey team or spending time with our awesome kiddos! I grew up in Chelsea, Michigan. I’ve always had a heart for helping others—especially kids. That passion led me into childcare as a teenager, and I eventually became a Preschool teacher for four years. I specialized in infant care for two of those years, and I was honored to provide one-on-one support for children with sensory processing disorders.

My own health journey also deeply shaped who I am today. As a chronically sick kid, I dealt with constant ear infections, multiple sets of tubes, and a never-ending cycle of sickness and hospital stays. Nothing seemed to help—until my mom took a chance on something different and brought me to a chiropractor. From that point on, everything changed. I never had another ear infection, and my immune system finally had a chance to grow stronger. Chiropractic care didn’t just help—it truly transformed my life.

That’s why working at Journey Chiropractic means so much to me. It’s more than a job—it’s a calling. I’ve always wondered what would bring me the most joy in life, and I always come back to one thing: helping people. Journey has given me the opportunity to do just that while being part of a team that feels like family. We get to welcome families into our space, walk alongside them in their health journeys, and witness real miracles happen every day.

One of the things I love most about my role is being a listener—a safe, supportive presence for families who are navigating their care journey. The kind of care we offer doesn’t just stay in the office—it spills into every part of life. And I’m so proud to be part of a team that’s not only fully equipped, but deeply passionate about walking that path with you.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll probably find me coaching volleyball with Paige, out on the lake, hitting the golf course, or soaking up time with friends and family.

Paige

Chiropractic Assistant

Hi, I’m Paige! I’m originally from the tiny town of White Pigeon, MI, and made the move to Ann Arbor in 2021 to attend the University of Michigan.  I’ve always felt a deep calling to help people, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, which I received in 2025. My plan was to attend medical school—until I found Journey Chiropractic. I’ve experienced firsthand the healing, transformation, and miracles that happen here every day and it completely shifted my path, my outlook on health, and my purpose. I realized I could make an even greater impact through chiropractic care, and that I would be doing a disservice—to myself and, more importantly, to our community—if I didn’t pursue it. I’m thrilled to have made the decision to continue my education at Life University to become a chiropractor and help more families unlock their full potential.

There’s truly no greater feeling than being able to support and care for children and families who have been through so much; it’s become one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Watching a child overcome long-standing struggles and begin to truly thrive is one of the most humbling experiences. There’s also something so special about walking alongside parents during some of their most vulnerable and hopeful moments—helping them tap into the strength and resilience they already have, celebrating milestones, and most importantly, giving them HOPE. This is what we do everyday at Journey, and I’m honored each and every day to work with a team that cares so deeply.

You’ll see me doing many different things around the office, but when I’m not at Journey you’ll find me at a work out class, out for a run, coaching volleyball, doing the daily crossword, or spending time with friends!

Janine

Chiropractic Assistant

Hello everyone, my name is Janine. I live in Chelsea, MI with my husband, our two sons and our two cats. When I am not experimenting in the kitchen or having my nose in a book, you will find me working out with my family at our local crossfit gym. I started chiropractic care due to a lower back injury and while every doctor and specialist told me to “just wait it out” or to “just live with it”, finally, after one year of being constantly in pain I found chiropractic care. As soon as I understood what chiropractic care can do, and that this care goes beyond the “just” muscular issues, I got my son in as well. We love it and we would not want to miss it. I came to love and appreciate it so much that I started working as a CA.

Abby

Chiropractic Assistant

Hi! My name is Abby. I grew up in a little town called Hudsonville, just outside of Grand Rapids, MI, and I currently live in Milan. I live with my boyfriend Jack, and our two kittens Copper and Todd. One of my greatest joys is working with people. Whether that be at my job here at Journey, or through photography – I just love meeting new people and learning their stories. Outside of work, you can probably find me editing, reading, learning how to cook, or binge watching my current favorite show!
